Our
inner child at WillyTee is here to take your inner child very
seriously. We incorporate fun into fitness with activities that you
have known since you were seven years old. Hula hoops, tap shoes, jump
ropes, poi balls and anything else we can find in our toy box are yours
to have fun with if you so desire.
Did
you know that you can burn about 100 calories for every 10 minutes of
hula hooping? Never learned how? No problem. We can teach you if you'd
like, or you can use the hoops for a great stretch and strength
